A county wide transportation plan determines which roads in the county are most important for the transportation needs of the county. These roads are then given a higher priority for maintenance.
The state maintains the highways (41, 36, 59, 47 and 236) which are key transportation arteries between locations within the county and to destinations outside the county. What county roads are key transportation arteries. Think about the roads which you consider key be prepared to share your thoughts when the long range plan is presented to the community. |
